Sophie Taeuber-Arp (1889–1943) was a Swiss artist and designer associated with Dada and early abstract art. A central figure in the Zurich Dada movement, she later became an important pioneer of constructive abstraction, and her clear, harmonious compositions place her among the key innovators of early modern art.
