Who was Koloman Moser?
Koloman Moser (1868–1918) was an Austrian artist and designer who played a key role in the Vienna Secession and co-founded the Wiener Werkstätte. He designed a wide range of objects, including furniture, textiles, books, and glass, believing that art should be part of everyday life. Moser’s clear patterns and geometric style helped move European design away from historic decoration toward a more modern look.
